# Bansystem

The Waterfall proxy-side companion to [BansystemAPI](https://git.softwarerat.com/zlaura/BansystemAPI) — enforces bans/mutes network-wide at the proxy layer.

## Requirements

- Java 16
- Maven
- Waterfall API 1.20
- `net.bytemc:evelon` — a private third-party dependency **not hosted in this Gitea instance**; CI cannot currently resolve it (see [Known issue](#known-issue) below)

## Building

```bash
mvn -B package
```

## Known issue

This project depends on `net.bytemc:evelon`, which is not part of this project family and isn't published to `https://git.softwarerat.com/api/packages/zlaura/maven`. Builds will fail to resolve dependencies until that artifact is sourced from wherever it's actually maintained.
